What exactly is DemandCast?
A demand forecasting platform for footfall-driven businesses. It reads the signals around your location, such as weather, events, travel flows and local activity, and delivers a daily briefing: how busy, when, why, and what to do about it.
How are the forecasts made?
We combine more than 25 independent live datasets with your location's own rhythm: its zone, its surroundings, its opening hours and its history. Every forecast names its drivers, so you always see the why, never just a number.
Do I need any hardware or sensors?
No. DemandCast works entirely from data the world already produces. You sign up, confirm your venue, and the learning starts. Nothing to install, nothing on your premises.
Is the forecast for my business or for the city?
Yours. The same Tuesday can be +35% for a beach club and +12% for a cafe two streets back. Forecasts are built around your door, never a city average.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 10-day free trial of Standard. Nothing is charged until day 10, we remind you 3 days before, and cancelling is one tap. After the trial you choose the plan that fits.
Can it use my own numbers?
Yes, and it gets better when you do. Simple calibration inputs, and on Pro direct POS and reservation connections, tune the forecast to your reality over time.
Which languages does it support?
English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Switch in one click, and change it any time in your settings.
Is my business data shared?
Never in identifiable form. Your data stays yours. Zone patterns only ever emerge anonymously, and only when at least three independent businesses show the same signal. No venue is ever identifiable.
Privacy, in plain words.
What we collect: your account details (name, work email), your business's public profile (address, category, opening hours), the answers you choose to give us, and your public social profiles, only after you confirm them as yours. Payment cards are handled entirely by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our systems.
Why: to build and improve your forecast, operate your account, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Your rights (GDPR): access, correction, export and deletion. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymous zone-level statistics that can't identify you or your venue may be retained.

Terms of service.
The service: DemandCast provides demand forecasts and operational guidance for the locations on your account. Forecasts are decision support: informed estimates with stated confidence, never guarantees of visitors or revenue.
Billing: plans are priced per location, per month. New accounts start with a 10-day free trial of Standard; nothing is charged until day 10 and we remind you 3 days before. Cancel any month in one tap. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Fair use: one account per business; keep credentials safe; don't resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Cookies, kept minimal.
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a security token that protects forms, and a preference for your chosen language. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics beacons.
Because everything we set is essential to the service or stores a choice you made, there's no cookie wall to click through. If that ever changes, consent comes first.
