DemandCast was born in Malaga in 2026, on the Costa del Sol, one of the hardest places in Europe to predict a day of trade. Cruise ships triple a street's footfall by lunchtime. A feria empties one neighbourhood and floods another. A heatwave rewrites everyone's evening. The operators around us were planning staff, stock and opening hours on instinct, because the information they needed was scattered across a dozen places and none of it was built for them.
So we built the missing layer. DemandCast reads the signals a city already produces: flights, cruises, trains, events, weather and local activity, more than 25 independent datasets. It turns them into one clear view of tomorrow's demand, built around a single business at a single address.
Our passion
We love the businesses that make a city feel alive: the cafes and beach clubs, the family restaurants, the museums and the corner shops. We have stood behind those counters and walked these streets our whole lives. Watching great operators guess their way through days that data could have warned them about is what started DemandCast. Helping them win those days is what keeps us building.
What we believe
- Hyperlocal or nothing. A city average helps nobody. Forecasts are built around your door.
- Every number explains itself. A forecast you can't question is a forecast you can't trust. Ours always names its drivers.
- It ends in an action. Staffing, stock, hours, promotion. If it doesn't change your day, it's decoration.
- Honesty over hype. We show confidence levels, admit uncertainty, and never sell precision we don't have.
