Terms of service, in full.

The service

DemandCast provides demand forecasts and operational guidance for the locations on your account. Forecasts are decision support: informed estimates with stated confidence, never guarantees of visitors or revenue. Every forecast names its drivers; you remain responsible for the business decisions you take on it.

Your account

DemandCast is for business use by people 18 or over. Keep your details accurate and your credentials safe — one account per business, and you are responsible for activity under it.

Plans, trial and billing

• Plans are priced per location, per month (Starter, Standard, Pro).
• New accounts start with a 10-day free trial of Standard. A card is required at signup; nothing is charged until day 10, and we remind you 3 days before.
• You agree to a monthly term and we bill for that term. You can cancel at any point during the term — access continues to the end of the term you paid for, and nothing renews after it.
• Payment is handled by Stripe; we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Fair use

Don't resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; API access (Pro) is subject to reasonable rate limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other customers, with notice where practicable.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us the licence needed to process it to provide the service. Zone-level patterns only ever emerge anonymously and only when at least three independent businesses show the same signal; revenue data is never required.

Availability

We work to keep DemandCast available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service; maintenance and factors beyond our control can interrupt it. External data sources can change or fail — our forecasts state their confidence accordingly.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your account. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment after notice. On termination your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The service, its software and its designs are ours; your data is yours. If you send us feedback we may use it to improve DemandCast without obligation.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction — without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We will post revised terms here with their effective date and give at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
